The ECO-WASHER R-70N is a spray-type cleaning machine that heats and sprays super alkaline ionized water (SAIW) to clean and remove oil stains, metal powders, and more. In recent years, rising prices of organic solvents such as thinners, management burdens, and increased workload due to labor shortages have prompted a reevaluation of hand washing and solvent cleaning processes. This product automates the cleaning process simply by setting the workpiece, contributing to the stabilization of cleaning quality, reduction of work time, and labor savings. By heating super alkaline ionized water to approximately 50-60°C and spraying it powerfully, it cleans punch oil, processing oil, metal powders, and more. As a cleaning system that does not use detergents or chemicals, it also contributes to improving the working environment. It is suitable for a wide range of applications, including cleaning sheet metal processing parts, various metal parts, filters, and equipment components.
